George Bruns was an American composer, born July 3, 1914, and died May 23, 1983, in Portland, Oregon. He worked on several Disney films and attractions. He studied at Oregon State University. In 1953, Bruns was hired by Disney Studios to work on Sleeping Beauty (1959).
